BC Adhesives is looking for a new team member. Unlimited earning potential selling adhesives and
sealants. No prior experience required in the adhesive industry. Successful candidates for this role will
be self-motivated, results driven, and capable of working with a team on different projects. You will
need strong communication skills to work with key personnel across each industry. The ability to identify
problems, troubleshoot and work proactively to resolve issues is essential to achieve high results.

Responsibilities:

  • Territory management with travel
  • Build strong; lasting relationships
  • Aggressively prospect and develop new accounts

Requirements:

  • Home office based in Tennessee
  • Bachelor’s business degree or equivalent 1-3 years’ service/support-based sales experience
  • A team player with a winning personality
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong sales and communications skills
  • Familiarity and proficiency working with cloud-based CRM software
  • Solid mechanical aptitude
  • A high level of organizational time management skills
